SENATE BILL NO. 136 "An Act relating to firearms and other                                                                      
weapons restrictions" was read the second time.                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hughes, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Committee                                                                        
Substitute offered on page 1145. Senator Begich objected, then                                                                  
withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR                                                                
SENATE BILL NO. 136(CRA) was adopted.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 136(CRA)                                                                       
will advance to third reading on the March 16 calendar.
